Responsible for all marketing design including trade show booths, advertisements, sell sheets, white papers, infographics, and presentations in keynote/powerpoint. Owned the synack.com marketing site, making all changes and additions to pages including formatting and publishing of blogs and recent articles. Created email templates in multiple email platforms, created landing pages and registration areas for all events in Marketo. Photographed employees for the website and was responsible for all post production.
2014–2015, Lead UX/UI Designer, Cisco, San Jose, CA
Redesigned the Cisco Learning Network website during the upgrade of their JIVE platform. Created sitemaps to organize the existing community in order to implement new navigational structures. Presented designs to VIPs and managers to better understand their goals, and investigated data analysis/metrics to better understand the customers’ needs. Developed HTML for page templates, creating a library with all resources and instructions on page creation. Developed and produced tracked digital practice exams in-house, saving the company over $70k in alternate methods. Worked with community managers in developing new web content, documents, and blogs.
2011–2014, Senior Graphic Designer, SolarCity, San Mateo, CA
Responsible for redesign and update of company-wide branding and logo, presented designs and comps to C-level executives, led the design and template layouts of new web page, worked side by side with web development team, creation of printed materials for commercial and residential purposes, designed and managed brand for fleet vehicles, designed and animated online ads, and other corporate branded documents. Co-branding collateral and web pages for partners including: Tesla Motors, Honda, BMW, CODA, Carrier, The Home Depot, Best Buy, and over 15 homebuilder communities. Developed graphics for our IPO, Nasdaq Events, research reports, and interactive presentations.
2009–2011, Graphic Designer, BigBand Networks, San Mateo, CA
Redesign and update of hardware collateral documents. Documents include data sheets, specification sheets, and white papers for cable technology and hardware. Developed and edited video footage of BigBand Network employee interviews and testimonials.
